Staying on track
You've quit ... so what happens next? Right now you've probably lasted a week or two - or even a month - without a cigarette. Fantastic! You're on your way. But sometimes when the initial feeling of achievement wears off, it can start getting a bit harder - sometimes really hard. Stay focussed - it will get easier!
